Production from seaweed, has a noble and attractive appearance for the consumer and meets the strictest requirements for any vegan products. The recipe and the production technology of the vegan caviar delicacy was developed by Mikhail Komarov, doctor with a medical education background, several generations whose family lived in the far east of Russia in Kamchatka, a land that is rich in marine products and plant life. After moving to Europe, Mikhail decided to help increase the amount of healthy seaweed in the diet of many Europeans. As a doctor, Mr. Komarov pays a tribute to the beneficial qualities of seaweed and their role in health and vegan nutrition.
